Concrete is an artificial stone produced as a result of mixing natural and artificial materials together. Concrete is composed of several materials: sand, crushed stone, cement, water, cementitious fillers and various types of plasticizers. We use various kinds of plasticizers in modern concrete production, their selection is based on the specific aspects of the environment in which the concrete is going to be used. Based on the existing context, we’re using two fractions of sand and two fractions of crushed stone, sand 0-2 mm; sand 0-5 mm; crushed stone 5-10 mm; crushed stone 10-22 mm.

Such a ratio between sand and crushed stone helps with specific definition of their dosages within concrete so that produced concrete is as homogenous and of good consistence as possible. We mainly use the following four types of cement in the manufacturing process: CEM I 42.5R; CEM II A-P 42.5R; CEM III A 42.5N; CEM I SR5 42.5R. Water in concrete is needed for launching the process of cement bonding within concrete (hydration) and producing the desired level of consistence.
